The project may require sharing knowledge that requires trust and good communication skills by team members. The members of a project team should be selected carefully to help meet the project goals. Describe the skills needed by the project manager and at least 4 team members. 2. Justify why each of these people – using their job title or job description - is a good member choice for the project. 3.
